My approach does not contradict medical treatment, but rather seeks to identify psychosomatic causes at the root of the problem, even before physical symptoms
manifest. Clients continue their medical treatment as prescribed by their doctors.To benefit from meditation and hypnotherapy, individuals must learn to relax and enter a state of calm, allowing themselves to go with the flow without control.
Like any other skill, it requires practice and patience. Meditation is accessible to everyone. You simply need to give yourself permission, believe in the process, and trust in the method.
